If you have ever tried manufacturing a baseball cap using raw, single-layer DuPont™ Tyvek®, you already know the two massive roadblocks that cause most factories to fail: the material either looks too wrinkled to hold a premium structure, or the text on complex graphics turns into a blurry mess once stretched over the panels.
Most suppliers outsource their printing or use generic blanks, resulting in offset lines and fragile seams. In our facility, we approached this Vintage World Map project with a completely different manufacturing mindset. Backed by nearly three decades of B2B fabrication experience, we don't just cut and sew Tyvek®-We start customizing from the Lamination stage at the bottom layer of the material.
